Julie and Andy were seriously, a perfect couple (and not just for me as their engagement photographer) but for each other! It is the love and comfort for each other that they expressed, that continuously reminds me, why I love being a wedding photographer in Northern Michigan. Not only was it plain before the camera that they adored one another, but there is no better chemistry, than the perfect wedding venue in northern Michigan at Bay Harbor, in Petoskey MI. Gorgeous, elegant, and nestled amongst the rocky shores of Lake Michigan, Bay Harbor provided the perfect diverse landscape that exhibited exactly why Julie and Andy love Michigan and why they chose a destination wedding in Petoksey. Andy was calm, serene, and a comfort to the smiling, energetic Julie-and they complimented each other naturally and harmoniously. I had a blast braving the high winds on the beaches, scrambling over treacherous rock-walls (and almost getting busted by the police), and discovering overly large fish lurking in the water.
