Everything about this day including; a rustic barn transformed into a magical dance floor, enchanting hay rides and the beautiful scenery on the couples farm shinned brightly. But there was nothing that could have shinned more brilliantly than Kirsten and Casey. Starting out the day at the always beautiful Crystal Mountain Resort, Kirsten accompanied by a few members of her family, got ready for the day. After taking some incredible first look photographs at the resort, it was off to the couples farm for the ceremony. With a short hay ride away, could be found a charming floral alter, hay bail seats and gorgeous scenery surrounding the area. As friends and family started arriving one tractor ride at a time, the more magical the area became. Standing at the alter, Kirsten held her beautiful floral bouquet from Victoria’s Floral Design which was the perfect fit to her theme. As Casey placed the beautiful diamond ring from Minors North onto Kirsten’s finger, everyone rejoiced as it became official that the two were married. Later that night at the reception, the old barn on the property was glowing, as friends and family had come together to set up thousands of twinkling lights to give the place a magical feel. It was a true pleasure to join in on this amazing and fun filled day and witness the love that this couple shared.

This one of a kind beautifully embroidered rose gold wedding gown, was absolutely stunning with its many layers of flowing fabric.

Kirsten’s Rose gold round diamond ring sparkled like non other. Along with her rose gold earrings and sparkling embroideries, all of her accessories were the perfect fit to her day.

What is a girl without her accessories?! Kirsten chose these darling pair of wedges and Juicy Couture hand bag to complete her perfect outfit.

This was one of the most intricate bouquets from Victoria’s Floral Design. It had lush pink peonies, roses, babies breath, and the most perfect little arrangement of succulent plants.

When Kirsten first put on her wedding dress, it was as if the whole room lit up! There wasn’t a single flaw as we all starred in awe at this stunning girl who was so deserving of the day to come.

Casey waited patiently as his bride walked outside for their sneak peek. As she tapped his shoulder, a smile spread across Casey’s face both full of joy and pure love.

The lighting outside was perfect, cascading a golden glow over the these two. It was clear to see, that they shared so much love for one another that they glowed just as brightly as the sun did that afternoon.

Hopping onto the tractor pulled wagon, guests arrived here at the ceremony site. You could either pick a chair or a comfortable hay bail seat. It couldn’t have been more adorable, as guests began to arrive, chatting and enjoy their time outdoors.

It was a touching moment for all to see, as Kirsten was so lovingly escorted by both parents down the isle.

What a  perfect day in Northern Michigan. It was nothing but blue skies, smiling faces and joy, as Kirsten and Casey took their vows to be wed.

Placing the gorgeous round cut diamond ring onto Kirsten’s hand finally made it official. It was a joy filled moment for all that came to witness.

And of course that happiest of them all, Casey and Kirsten who’s expressions in this picture says it all.

O my goodness! What a fun couple to be around! Every moment was filled with a smile or a laugh which resulted in every picture exuding happiness.

What are a few bugs and expedition through the greenery? Piece of cake for these guys, as they plunged right into the greens for some amazing photographs.

Strolling through the beautiful property with the golden sunlight glistening down, Kirsten led Casey by the hand laughing and delighting in each others company.

In every picture, you can see the distinct look in Casey and Kirsten’s eyes. A look of love, respect and true happiness.

And when you thought it couldn’t get much cuter, each guest went home with a jar of delicious local honey from St. Ambrose Cellars.

The perfect center piece for this outdoor barn wedding, were the mason jars with a rose or carnation and babies breath.

This circular diamond with accents and rose gold band was breath taking and the perfect fit for Kirsten.

What a cute idea as the beverage signs and directions were all written on chalk boards and posted around the reception area.

While the adults enjoyed their drinks, the kids enjoyed hours of playing with the bales of hay, throwing it at one another, and leaping into the piles now strewn about the dance floor.

The bide and groom shared their first dance on the now hay filled dance floor which just made the scene all the more perfect!

Love love and love was what these two expressed, as they spent those precious first few songs together on the dance floor in each others arms.

A few weeks ago, you could have seen a old yet elegant barn standing alone in the field. However, on this night, thousands of lights light up in the barn as guests enjoyed its magical appeal, dance floor and bar.

As it got darker outside, the more the place light up. It was nothing but dancing and enjoying the company of the friends and family that came to support the happy couple.

It was the perfect ending to the most perfect day in Northern Michigan. What an amazing start to this couples first day as one.
