This little family is truly one of a kind! They have come from across the world to be together for the celebration of little Yuri-girl being born several months before. I first met Sophie when she came in for Yuri’s newborn portraits, and couldn’t wait to meet her husband Chris, and their loving families. It was such a pleasure touring around Traverse City, finding beautiful beaches and landscapes to capture their special time when two families could come together. Yuri was beyond perfect, and her family so obviously adored her that their genuine care and joy spilled into every moment. What a joy it was, to be their family portrait photographer in Traverse City, to capture this once in a lifetime moment for them. Thank you Schimke family!
