Fun and goofy do not begin to describe my latest bride and groom, who decided to make the destination wedding to Traverse City, Michigan – and who did so, in one of the quickest, most intimate ways I have ever seen. The quick trip up to Northern Michigan’s most beautiful wedding venue, started in the Wellington Inn, where the cute but quaint establishment provided beautiful backdrops, gardens, and luscious rooms for some fun photos! I knew from the moment that I met Alicia and Jamen that these guys would be characters, and they didn’t disappoint! Their obvious compatibility, coupled with their laughter, their goofiness, and their ability to simply enjoy each other’s company, was apparent from the start. We had a quick (and buggy) trip to the Traverse City Marina at their Open Space, then headed to the ceremony site and the Old Mission Peninsula Lighthouse, an iconic view from the beaches of Lake Michigan.
