Beautiful sunset portraits for your engagement photos are easy to capture when in Traverse City Michigan! The stunning views of Lake Michigan is the reason why Danielle and Ryan wanted to spend their engagement photography session in this amazing northern Michigan location. We started our session off in downtown Traverse City amongst the Old State Hospital, exploring the rustic views of their brick campus. Danielle and Ryan were amazing, laughing and enjoying these few hours together. Ryan had actually proposed at one of the wineries, so of course that was our next joyous stop on the trip, finding some gorgeous vineyards and cherry trees some these engagement portraits. We were even lucky enough to capture the sunset on the sand dunes and beaches of Lake Michigan, were Danielle and Ryan ventured into the water for some gorgeous, creative pictures! I can’t wait for their destination wedding in northern Michigan next summer!
