Your bridesmaids are some of your best friends, gal pals that you could never do without! But chances are, they all come from different times in your life, and might not know one another very well, if at all.

1. Girls Night Out

This one is simple, let’s all hang out (minus any talk regarding the wedding!) From the moment you get engaged, that is pretty much all people will ask you or talk to you about. And chances are, others close to you start to get kind of sick of it (don’t take offense, it just happens.) Promise a girls night out, sans wedding chat, to help truly get to know one another and not feel forced from wedding activities to be friends. There is nothing more awkward then feeling like you have to be friends, just because they are in your wedding.

2. Set Up A Facebook Page

If your bridesmaids live near and far, letting up a private Facebook page for just your gals, is a very easy way to stay in touch, without leaving anyone out. Usually there are some bridesmaids who are more involved than others (usually because they live far away from you) and they can’t participate or help as much as the others. And, because this is common amongst girls, that can often lead to resent and chat behind her back.
