Crystal Lake offers gorgeous views of outdoor and lake inspired engagement photography, which can easily been seen for Maggie and Ryan’s beautiful engagement portraits at Ryan’s family home! Their beautiful estate was classy, but contrasted pleasantly with the rustic wooden forest that surrounded the property.

Maggie and Ryan were so sweet, and I couldn’t be happier to be their engagement photographer. Their laughter and easy-going natures provided wonderful atmosphere to the session, and we were able to capture their obvious adoration for each other.

My favorite moment of the day was venturing to the Frankfort beach for sunset over Lake Michigan for gorgeous engagement pictures. Walking along the beach, exploring the famous lighthouse, and lighting paper lanterns made for a fun and unique evening!
