I have an absolute favorite moment, when thinking back about our engagement session together with Gwen and Tim. Let me first start off my saying, engagement sessions are not easy…but only at the beginning I promise!! I mean, it’s not normal to stand for 2 hours…in the middle of a field…nose to nose…pretending not to go cross eyed…And whenever I mention posing?? That’s when the nerves set in, which is totally understandable because no one ever knows, what to do in front of a camera! But Gwen & Tim were amazing, and in more ways than one. For example, one of my favorite ideas for them was to grab onto each other, do the famous “nuzzle” and start rocking towards the camera…yes I said rocking. Now this is the strangest thing to do in person, but makes for really candid moments…especially when your fiancé mutters something ridiculous in your ear… I’m not going to  name names “ahem Tim” but just saying…whatever he muttered to Gwen will definitely go down in engagement history as one of the most memorable moments of all time!

But THIS is what truly makes each session, and each couple, so unique!! I came home from our time spent together, counting down the days until their wedding next year, because we just couldn’t all stop laughing! Glen Arbor gave us the perfect backdrop but what truly made this session, was the people. Gwen & Tim…it feels so good to call you new friends!!!!
