Traverse City Michigan is a wonderful location for maternity portraits, not only because it is one of the best places to start a family, but because it provides such gorgeous and amazing photography landscapes along it’s lakeshore, sunset horizons, and historical buildings. I knew when I met Carlie and Matt, that we were going to have an extremely fun time (and not just because Carlie is a scarf-girl like me) but because of their obvious humor, their easy-going nature, and the hilarious funny faces that I caught on camera from Matt, with his gorgeous wife’s laughter ensuing of course! Despite the fact that I made them sit on snowy ground, avoid solid blocks of ice in an abandoned building, and walk out in heels along a completely frozen Lake Michigan, they were all smiles from minute number one. And because I can’t resist….Matt is now my favorite client ever because he is a Vikings fan. There! I said it! Michiganders – don’t kill me please! So much love to this beautiful couple, and luck to their amazing adventure ahead. I can’t wait to see your beautiful baby, and to imagine where your amazing lives will take you!
