Surprise! No really, surprise!! As in, a surprise wedding! Jacklyn and Jeremy made the quick trip up to the quiet shores of Lake Michigan, amongst the drifting snows in Traverse City, for that perfect winter wonderland wedding! Looking out at the local vineyard at Chateau Chantal in the Old Mission Peninsula, I was reminded about the serenity of what a wedding is truly about-the personal reflection and love expressed between two people. How refreshing it was for me, to work with a bride and groom like Jacklyn and Jeremy, to see the little sly looks exchanged between the two, the intimate laughter, and the relaxed atmosphere that they brought to the table. They celebrated with close friends but more importantly, they were true to themselves, in every way imaginable. I had so much fun, reminiscing about mysterious go-pros lost and found in the lake, wakeboarding skills, and adventures in the UP. Thanks, Jacklyn and Jeremy, I wish you guys an endless bout of happiness!
