A vineyard wedding in Traverse City MI has quickly become one of my favorite Northern Michigan wedding venues to shoot photography. There are so many rustic details available to a bride and groom, as well as to their guests and wedding party, that you can’t go wrong! Aside from the obviously breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and the ethereal beaches just a few miles away (perfect for beach and sunset wedding photos,) they offer delicious wines, gourmet wedding caterers, and infinite amounts of locations to get both unique and creative perspectives for your wedding photos. Maureen and Chris knew without a doubt, that the one favorite location we had to travel to was a winery out on Old Mission Peninsula, Chateau Chantal, courtesy of their destination wedding agenda. We were able start the day off along the coast of Lake Michigan, and travel along the rows of growing grapes (rustic theme wedding idea) and look for the perfect wedding venue to stop and take their photos. Amongst the stops, we chose a few select wines to savor, before it was off to the reception venue in downtown Traverse City at Visions in West Bay. A great wedding venue for anyone who wants to show their destination guests the infinite beauty that Traverse City has to offer-Visions at Centerpoint offers panoramic views of Lake Michigan, a caring catering staff, and a spectacular dance floor for those great dancing photos!
