Although Nancy and Dave do not live in the beautiful wedding venue of Traverse City, MI, this magical place held more than just a special memory to them-it was the home of Nancy’s childhood memories, the location of their family cottage on Lake Michigan, and the place that she so harmoniously shared with Dave and last but not least, the venue for their wedding and vows to each other! It was with such pleasure that I was asked to be apart of this quaint and ethereal day as their wedding photographer. Nestled amongst the shores of Lake Michigan, Nancy met Dave for their first look, sharing their first views of each other as husband and wife on the same beach that Nancy played at as a kid. Sand in their toes and sun stream down made for a perfect setting for their wedding photography, and I couldn’t have been more happy for these two. Greeted and supported by close family and friends, we then traveled to their family cottage in Traverse City, to exchange vows and watch as the perfect couple, became the perfect family. Thank you from the bottom of my crying (yes I shed tears at the ceremony) photographer soul for sharing this day with me. I could not be happier for such a uniquely caring and genuine family.
