I have had a dream for many years to visit and photograph a wedding at the White Sparrow Barn in Texas. While I am a destination wedding photographer and have seen so many amazing sights through my travels, I knew as soon as I stepped foot on the property, that this fine art venue would not disappoint! And that’s saying something, considering that I had pinned a picture of the White Sparrow Barn on my Vision Board over a year before – so expectations were high!!! Immediately upon entering, I was blown away by the white upon white upon white. White washed wooden floors, ceilings, and walls adorned every surface and it was official – I was in love! It is a photographer’s dream for sure!! And that’s just INSIDE the barn!! When you account for the stunning chandeliers, the custom bay side windows, and the high ceilings…you simply can’t go wrong any direction you look!! We were even able to create a lovely bridal session in the blooming lavender fields planted to the right of the building. Their vintage garden shed gave us the perfect amount of shade from the Texas sun! Combine that with the simplistic fine art table setting that we used to style this editorial…I can easily say that this was one of my favorite shoots to date!!! I can’t wait to go back and photograph a wedding at the White Sparrow Barn again!!!!
