Frankfurt, MI is amazing for both wedding photography and engagement photos-just ask Sarah & Ryan who have made this ethereal destination wedding area their lifetime home! We first met out on the beaches of Lake Michigan in the Sleeping Bear Dunes, to rest in the grass, get comfortable and friendly with each other, and then to play in the surf, waves, and sand as we walked up and down t he shore-laughing, splashing, and writing away! One of my most favorite moments of the entire night was walking out to the famous lighthouse that adorns Frankfurt’s shores, and seeing Sarah and Ryan holding each other in the setting sun-completely rejoicing and smiling in the romantic moment! And of course the gorgeous golden sunset colors made for amazing engagement photography, especially with the details reflections we spotted on the tides of the shoreline. Much love to you, Sarah and Ryan in the months to come-I can’t wait to shoot your wedding at Crystal Mountain next June, 2014!
